This weekend I discovered Carpenter Brut. They use a lot of synthesiser-dubstep in their songs. No vocals, just power synthesiser retro-wave music. Music you get to listen to sometimes in pure walk towards victory!
I completely understand why this type of music often is edited into platform fight games.

It’s a lot and it’s powerful if you ask me. If you ask my wife, she’ll just say it’s a lot of noise…
Just listen to their:
– “Hang’em All” – from 4.02 min onwards; or
– “Le Perv” – from 2.56 min onwards
I know, ok. This is not for everyone to like. For sure. For me it is the power, the feel of intens battle and sheer action with victory as a result. It gives a bit of adrenalin back to you after listening. And if that is the result and the feeling you get back by just listening, that is darn great if you ask me.
