Every quarter we get together and do a management offside session. During COVID-time this is luckily still possible; we just need to adapt a bit and search for the right space. This time we booked the “De Vergadertafel van Muiden”, location “Het Gemaal van Muiden”.

What a nice venue! Usually, we book a nice “cabin in the woods” at the Heemparkhuisjes. That venue is pretty good as well, just a bit less spacious considering during the pandemic.

About the quarterly itself: it’s an intensive day, in which we reflect, and contemplate, and set new targets for the upcoming quarter. Reflecting on what has been achieved in the previous quarter and looking ahead on what should be the focus. Basically, we are always planning for “the best quarter ever”, which is always a nice way to look at it.

For the session, we follow the Rockefeller Habits methodology by Verne Harnish in combination with a strong coach.
Pieter van Osch from Scale Up Impact is coaching the session with great passion and a lot of experience. I really like the Rockefeller Habits approach, because I believe it is really focusing on what is important. Following that agenda helps us get effectively through the 1-day assessment.
