The world has changed. Due to Corona, many things we took for granted changed. Just like the rest of the world, my teams are now working remote as well. Thanks to Zoom, working in the cloud and very professional team members this turned into ‘business as usual’. Honestly, I am really proud to see what can be achieved in crisis time when using the right mind-set.

My biggest learnings in a row:

  • Be patient and trust the process
  • Accept the fact that you won’t be as effective every day as you wanted to be
  • Allow much room and space for team members that need this; think about kids, homeschooling, and parenting at the same time that people are working
  • Be generous when it comes to arranging a comfortable home office
  • Stay connected as often as you can (and always turn on your camera in video calls)

I’m sure that we will learn from this period. It will change the way we work and live our lives forever. Not sure if this is a bad thing. Stay positive!
