Visiting our US office in Seattle for a good week and a half. I hired new staff and wanted to be involved in their on-boarding. Specifically considering their roles (Project Manager and Customer Success Manager).

We operate 8 customers from our Seattle-based office. This gives time zone benefits and local staff close to one of our biggest customers. We’re striving for operational excellence. I always say: “My mini-mission statement is to deliver quality, within planning and within budget”.

While I am here, I’m meeting new and interesting people. It’s always good to learn about new cultures and new things. Trying to utilize my network and knowledge to the best of my ability.
